Jina Sullivan Hamm, is the President & CEO of MJS Management, Inc., and the CFO for Sullivan Companies which includes Amaset Homes, Inc., Rural Housing Specialists, LLC, Sullivan Builders, Inc, Sullivan Design Group & Sullivan Home Supply.  She has extensive knowledge in the management of properties in the LIHTC Program, HOME Program, HUD Site Based Section 8 Program, Conventional and the Rural Development 515 programs. Jina is a second generation Developer and Manager of Texas affordable housing. She is the daughter of the late Winston and Judy Sullivan who have been involved in the development of affordable housing for more than 40 years. Jina grew up in the family business and has worked in all aspects of the industry since the early 1980’s. MJS manages 996 units of affordable and conventional housing.

Jina is a former President of the Rural Rental Housing Association of Texas serving in 2002-03. She is currently serving on the Executive Committee as Past President on the Personnel Committee & Budget & Finance Committee.  She also serves on the Annual Convention Committee, Property Management/Compliance Committee, Chairman of the Recruitment/Retention Committee, By-Laws & Operating Policies Committee, Training & Education Committee, and Scholarship Committee.  She is currently a member of the Council for Rural Housing (CARH), the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Texas Association of Builders (TAB), the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Texas Apartment Association (TAA). She is married to Ronnie Hamm, the mother of one daughter and has an 8 year old granddaughter and an 11 year old grandson. She is active in her community serving on various boards and organizations.  She is an active member of the Linden United Methodist Church, sings in the choir and teaches Sunday School.

Jina has achieved the Certified Rural Housing Manager and Certified Occupancy Specialists designation through the RRHA of Texas and the National Center for Housing Management.
