Mr. Regan is responsible for the disposition of real estate assets and partnership interests to maximize value returned to the company’s investors. The Dispositions Group at Boston Capital has disposed of over 1,500 affordable housing properties including 1,100 that were financed with USDA 515 loans. Boston Capital continues to invest in USDA financed properties and currently has 555 USDA financed properties in its portfolio. As part of the disposition of real estate and partnership interests, Mr. Regan promotes the rehabilitation and preservation of affordable housing through the use of LIHTCs and other favorable financing opportunities. Mr. Regan earned a BA in Business and Financial Economics from Saint Anselm College. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Massachusetts and an active member of the Real Estate Finance Association in Boston. In addition, Mr. Regan received a certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University and has completed coursework at the MIT Center for Real Estate and at the Boston University School of City Planning and Urban Affairs.
