AN Express Subscription
$255 Electronic AN Express Subscription
The AN Express, CARH’s subscription-based publication, contains key Federal Register excerpts from Rural Development, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Treasury, the Internal Revenue Service, and other agencies which impact the industry. It also includes Rural Development Administrative Notices, procedure manual changes, data sets, such as the Income Limits, and Difficult Development Areas. The AN Express is delivered via e-mail the day information is released. This monthly subscription publication service is available exclusively to CARH members for an annual fee of $255 for the Electronic AN Express.
