2021 Virtual Midyear Meeting — Meeting Agenda and Registration
CARH’S BROADCAST E-MAIL – Midyear Meeting
As mentioned earlier this month, in an effort to do our part in continuing to slow the spread of COVID-19, and in an abundance of caution to protect our members and staff, CARH’s Board of Directors decided to change our upcoming in-person 2021 Midyear Meeting to a virtual event to be held January 25-26, 2021.
Click here for an abbreviated meeting agenda. Full descriptions of the sessions will be published soon after the new year. Attendees will receive updated trends and regulatory and legislative news impacting the affordable rural housing industry. The Midyear Meeting will be held less than a week after the inauguration of President-Elect Biden and weeks after the start of the 117th Congress. The recently signed coronavirus relief bill and how that, and other, legislation will impact the operations of properties and your business will be discussed in depth. In addition, to CARH’s standing committee meetings, you’ll be able to attend sessions including:
- State of the States – Washington Report
- One-on-One with the Regulators
- State of the Market – Equity/Debt and Developers’ Insights
- Operations and Management – Boots on the Ground
- One-on-One with Congress
- Portfolio Analysis – Preservation During Changing Times
Registration is currently ongoing. (UPDATED January 1, 2021: Click here for the Registration Form and submit to CARH!
Please keep in mind that the virtual conference begins on Monday, January 25th at 10:30 a.m., Eastern Standard Time and concludes on Tuesday, January 26th at 4:15 p.m.
