The second workshop, "How the Fair Housing and False Claims Acts Can Stop Construction, Buying, and Selling RD Properties" will provide important information on how these Acts can bring a deal to a grinding halt to a transaction; why both buyers and sellers need to understand the nuisances of the statutes. When making your travel arrangements, please make sure that your schedule allows you to attend these important sessions!
If you have not already done so, register now for the Midyear Meeting! Click here to download the registration form. The form can also be found in the Midyear Meeting Brochure as well as online at http://www.carh.org/.
