On March 26, 2021, the Department of Treasury issued updated their Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) regarding the Emergency Rental Assistance Program. The update adds one item which outlines the criteria for administrative expenses by allowing grantees to use not more than 10 percent of the amount paid to a grantee for administrative costs attributable to providing financial assistance and housing stability services to eligible households. These FAQs supercede any previous FAQs.
