On April 16, 2020, CARH sent a letter to the IRS and Department of Treasury requesting that the IRS and Treasury provide urgent relief from certain technical requirements applicable to Housing Credit properties due to the realities owners, developers, and tenants of these properties face because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
