HUD recently released LIHTC tenant-level data that includes information on race, ethnicity, family composition, age, income, use of rental assistance, disability status, and monthly rental payments. HUD previously released this data in the form of reports, but starting in 2021, a document will include backgroun on the data and a brief explantaion of the talbes and spreadsheet files with summary tables.
Most of the data preesnted was collected by state housing finance aganecieds in complianc ewith the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008.
