CARH’s 2025 Annual Meeting & Legislative Conference will be held on June 23-25, 2025, at The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City, Arlington, Virginia. The Meeting Brochure, which includes the full agenda, can be viewed and downloaded by clicking here.
HOTEL ROOM BLOCK FULL
The room block at The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City is full and there is now a waitlist. If you have not yet to made a room reservation, please reach out to Anne Stuart, CARH’s Meeting & Special Events Consultant, at astuart@verizon.net with the dates you need a reservation for and she will add you to the waitlist.
If you have already made a room reservation which you no longer require, please contact Anne Stuart before canceling your reservation and we will give that room to another attendee.
REGISTRATION
Discounted meeting registration also ends this Friday, May 30. To receive a discounted registration rate, please submit your registration form and payment to CARH’s National Office by close of business this Friday! CARH registration information can also be found on the website, www.carh.org.
CARH’s registration fees will increase on Saturday, May 31st, so please register now!

BOARD OF DIRECTORS QUESTIONNAIRE
As a reminder, CARH is seeking members to fill one board opening that will become available in June. Board terms are two years and board members may serve two consecutive terms.
If you are interested in serving on the board, please submit a completed Questionnaire for Candidates to the national CARH office by the close of business on Friday, June 6, 2025. The questionnaire represents an expression of interest in a board position and serves as a substitute for a letter of interest. Please email the completed questionnaire to carh@carh.org by the due date.
The CARH Nominating Committee will carefully review each questionnaire and recommend the new director. CARH members will vote on the recommended candidate at the General Membership Meeting, during CARH’s Annual Meeting. Board members will begin their terms at the June Board of Directors meeting, which also takes place during the Annual Meeting.
