1) CARH’s 2025 Annual Meeting & Legislative Conference Brochure and Information
CARH’s 2025 Annual Meeting & Legislative Conference, to be held June 23-25, at The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City – is just over a month away. CARH is busy preparing to make this meeting informative, relevant, and, as always, an exciting event for all attendees!

We are thankful for all the individuals who have agreed to participate in our educational sessions. Several Congressional speakers and individuals from the Administration have also been asked, but have not yet agreed. As soon as those speakers have accepted our invitation, we will send additional emails announcing the added speakers.
Additionally, CARH’s standing committees (listed below) will meet on Monday, June 23, beginning at 8:30 a.m. All meeting attendees are encouraged to participate in any committee meeting that is relevant to their business. The committee chairs want to hear from you! If you are interested in placing a particular issue on the agenda for any of the following committee meetings, e-mail your suggestion to carh@carh.org.

Following the committee meetings, CARH’s Board of Directors will hold their meeting, at which all attendees are also welcome to attend.

2) Board of Directors Questionnaire for Candidates Due June 6th
Serving on the CARH Board of Directors is an excellent opportunity to actively support your organization and to help develop policies and initiatives that will positively impact the affordable rural housing industry. CARH is seeking members to fill one board opening that will become available in June. Board terms are two years and board members may serve two consecutive terms.
If you are interested in serving on the board, please submit a completed Questionnaire for Candidates to the national CARH office by the close of business on Friday, June 6, 2025. The questionnaire represents an expression of interest in a board position and serves as a substitute for a letter of interest. Please email the completed questionnaire to carh@carh.org by the due date.
The CARH Nominating Committee will carefully review each questionnaire and recommend the new director. CARH members will vote on the recommended candidate at the General Membership Meeting, during CARH’s Annual Meeting. Board members will begin their terms at the June Board of Directors meeting, which also takes place during the Annual Meeting.
