The March 2021 edition of CARH’s Insights for On-sites has just been published and printed copies are in the process of being mailed to CARH members and CARH-member properties. This issue of the Insights for On-sites provided property managers with information on the 2020 Scholarship recipients as well as the 2021 scholarships; the 2020 RD Site Manager and Maintenance Person of the Year award recipients; an update on the American Rescue Plan, Emergency Rental Assistance Program, and the CDC eviction moratorium; introduction to the new Secretaries of the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and more!
The Insights for On-sites newsletter is published for onsite property management professionals and maintenance personnel. If CARH has a property address on file, a hard copy will be mailed directly to the property. However, the majority of properties will not receive a hard copy. Therefore, we encourage you to share this newsletter with your properties!
Additionally, CARH encourages you to email an electronic version of the mailing list for your current portfolio so your properties can receive a hard copy of future newsletters.
