As announced on February 20^th, if you haven’t already done so, it’s time for your company to participate in CARH’s Top 20 for 2025 survey. This is the 11^th year that CARH has conducted the survey, which, when completed and analyzed, will rank the top 20 rural housing developers, managers, and owners in the industry, in each category, through December 31, 2024.

CARH’s Top 20 for 2025 survey will benefit all in the industry, so please give us your input today! We need your completed survey by Friday, May 9, 2025. The results will be announced at CARH’s Annual Meeting & Legislative Conference in June, with the final list being published in the CARH News and the Affordable Housing Finance magazine. Don’t be left out of this important initiative–complete the survey today!
