CARH’S BROADCAST E-MAIL – Regulatory Update

October 26, 2026

The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) is conducting a review of USDA’s Rural Development (RD). As part of this review, they are conducting a survey of organizations or individuals who applied for a USDA RD grant, loan, loan guarantee, or helped others to do so since 2022.

According to GAO, this survey will not collect your contact information unless you choose to provide it. They will aggregate all responses and will not attribute any information provided in this survey to any individual institution in our final report. They will not disclose individually identifiable responses outside of GAO unless required by law or requested by Congress.

There is no pressure to respond to this survey. However, if you choose to do so, please complete it within the next ten days. GAO may close the survey at that time, based on how many responses they have received. If you do respond, please send us a quick email to carh@carh.org letting us know. Also, feel free to forward the survey to others who may be interested.
