On the evening of December 11, Rural Development issued a Stakeholder Announcement entitled, Rural Housing Service -Management Interactive Network Connection (MINC) Technical Issues.

The announcement states in full:

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development’s Office of Multifamily Housing (MFH) has detected a technical issue within the MINC system which is causing disruption with the acceptance of tenant certifications and recertifications. Multifamily Housing is diligently working towards a resolution.

We recognize the importance of getting the issues resolved. Progress updates will continue to be provided through GovDelivery. Multifamily Housing is advising borrowers and management agents to continue to submit information through MINC as normal.
