On April 14, 2026, CARH, along with over 70 other stakeholders, sent a letter to the Chairs and Ranking Members of the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs and the House Financial Services Committee.
The letter emphasize the need to include language from the RHS Reform Act in any final legislation on housing supply and affordablity.
