The Fall 2025 edition of CARH’s Insights for On-sites has been published and printed copies will soon be mailed to CARH members and CARH-member properties.* A PDF version can also be viewed and downloaded by clicking here, or by visiting the Resources/Publications section of CARH’s website, www.carh.org.
This issue of the Insights for On-sites provides property managers and maintenance personnel with information on the 2025 Scholarship Foundation recipients, how housing instability affects children, clear communication in crisis, fair housing myth busters, practical applications of AI I property management, apartment resident event ideas for December, the Maintenance Corner, and more!
The Insights for On-sites newsletter is published for onsite property management professionals and maintenance personnel. *If CARH has a property address on file, a hard copy will be mailed directly to the property. However, if we do not have the mailing address of properties in your portfolio, those properties will not receive a hard copy. CARH members are encouraged to share an electronic copy of this newsletter with those properties!
If you would like your properties to hear directly from us, please send CARH property address information (Excel preferred).
