HUD has published FR-6503-N-01 Rental Assistance Demonstration: Supplemental Guidance on Revised RAD Notice in the Federal Register. The purpose of this Federal Register Notice is to document any new statutory or regulatory waivers included in RAD Supplemental Notice 4C- Housing 2025-01/PIH 2025-03, which can take effect 10 days following publication in the Federal Register. The new waivers documented in this Federal Register Notice include:
- New waivers authorized by the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2024 that facilitate the ongoing availability of services to enrolled residents for Jobs Plus and Resident Opportunity and Self-Sufficiency Service Coordinators (ROSS-SC).
- Conforming changes required by the publication of the new Project-Based Voucher Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act Rule (as published in the Federal Register on May 7, 2024, at 89 FR 38304, as corrected in a publication in the Federal Register on May 28, 2024, at 89 FR 46020, and effective as of June 6, 2024.)
The Federal Register Notice does not make any change to policy or process governing RAD conversions.
