On March 15, CARH submitted comments to HUD on their proposed rule regarding implementation of National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE). In addition, CARH signed on to a letter from affordable housing stakeholders to HUD on the NSPIRE implementation proposed rule.
